The Challenge

Creating a change in a small space. For BioPak’s fitout, we took the time to understand the company and its values to create a working environment that is both healthy and effective. The challenge of the fitout was creating a feeling of space and flow in a small area for a more functional workspace that paralleled their creative vision and positive culture.

Design

Through a bespoke layout design, we leveraged a combination of the space’s abundant natural light and a fresh neutral palette with subtle pops of colour to uplift the ambience of the office. Together with BioPak, we set design objectives that aligned with their vision and branding.

Space Planning

We took advantage of the office’s beautiful natural lighting by installing glass partitions, slitted walls and large glass windows. We introduced a bright and open layout design complete with fully cabled low-partition workstations, boardrooms, breakout areas and a large kitchen designed to increase communication, networking, face-to-face interaction, and employee collaboration.

Construction

We oversaw the unique fitout from start to finish guaranteeing complete project planning and quality control that ensured the fitout stayed true to the design and was carried out expeditiously to ensure minimal downtime for the team.

Design Highlights

The office was converted into a partially open floor plan complete with a new kitchen, custom-built co-facing workspaces, glass partitions and a clever layout. Every single detail, from the lighting design, electrical plan, fixtures and fittings was built with flexibility and team collaboration in mind.

The welcoming atmosphere was achieved by combining clever light placements with a fresh, light colour palette and texture choices that transform the area into an inviting practical space for all.
