At OFG we help with the removal of existing floor coverings including timber flooring, vinyl flooring, ceramic tiles, and carpet. We will repair damages to the existing flooring, including steam cleaning or supplying and installing new matching flooring to ‘make good’ on exposed areas following the old flooring removal process.
At OFG we will replace damaged walls or ceilings including replacing twisted, damaged, or bent ceiling grids to ensure they are level and straight. We will also replace any damaged ceiling tiles and walls required to match and create a uniform appearance with the existing walls and ceiling tiles.
We will prepare, touch up and paint any walls including replastering patching holes, sanding, and removing flaking paint. We will repaint all walls, frames, plasterboard ceilings, base building doors, fire doors and lift doors. We will also repaint any core existing walls with two coats of paint to match and create a uniform appearance to the existing office paint or colour scheme.
At OFG we will remove any existing interior partitions, ensuring no damage has been made to the ceilings, and ensure we return the layout back to its original plan. We will organise any approvals including fire safety checks to comply with any removal of walls during the stripout and ‘make good’ process.
We will carefully dismantle and remove any existing workstations, doors, skirting, built-in cupboards, built-in joinery, all signage, splashbacks, office furniture, and equipment. We will also protect your items and the existing buildings’ fittings and fixtures with dust-proof screens and plastic protection from dust or debris.
